10am - 3pm £35 for the day.

Our gymnastics workshops are designed to give the gymnasts a day of fun packed, skill learning activities. With a little lunch break in the middle! We aim to help the gymnasts improve their gymnastics skills on all 4 pieces of equipment. Floor. Vault. Bars and Beam. And maybe learn a few new ones on the day!

The day will start at 10am with Meet and Greet registration. The Gymnasts will then enter the gym and go to the floor area and get ready for a warm up. They will then get put into groups before being led to their first piece of equipment.

The Gymnasts will need to bring a packed lunch with them and plenty to drink. They will have a 1hour Lunch break which will be in a designated area of the gym. We will also have a few activities to keep them occupied before they get back to gymnastics.

Pick up from inside the gym at 3pm please.
