I have always been a rele sporty person since being little, and I’ve always loved to exercise whether that be at the gym or doing a class. But after having my 2nd baby and going back to full time work I really struggled to get my motivation back. I used the “I don’t have time to train” card for a really long time. I got to a point of being the heaviest and biggest I’ve ever been and I didn’t know how to get myself out of the hole I was in. I felt horrible, I hated the way I looked,I was eating badly, not training and using every excuse under the sun not to.
I new I had to pull myself together. I have known Tom a really long time after training together years ago. He made me face my fears of running by getting me 12km up Mount Teide, Tenerife a few years ago he never left my side and pushed me the hole way up (literally)
I knew he would be the person to help me get myself back to feeling great again!
I started my personal training with Tom back in January and have loved every minute! I dread and look forward to my sessions each week!
As I know he’s going to push me to my limits!
I new it wasn’t going to be an overnight transformation and I decided to ditch the scales after not dropping much in weight! I decided to do some photos instead and I am so happy with my transformation so far!
Makes all the pain so worth while 💜
I feel so much better in myself, I have more energy, more motivation and back to loving exercise and training again.

I started PT with Tom in January, I decided to start training because i wanted to become fitter and stronger and learn more about nutrition.
I have always enjoyed exercise but I wanted to be challenged and pushed to see what goals I could achieve.
A healthy balanced diet has always been my weakness but Tom has educated me on how to fuel my body with good foods not that I’m to strict on myself as I love biscuits to much, but I’ve learnt how to have a healthy balance of good and bad foods.
I’m really happy with the results I have achieved so far with my body. I love the definition I have in my arms and the way my body shape has changed. Tom pushes me every week to achieve higher goals and I see my strength improving every week and my core getting stronger. I have a new found love for lifting weights.
The best feeling is when someone says how good my shape is looking and I can’t praise Tom enough for this.
Going to my Pt sessions is the best and most enjoyable part of my week they are hard work but the results are worth it. Tom has educated me so much about exercise and nutrition that my whole out look on it has changed for the better and I’m thankful for everything he has done.
