A litttle bit about me!
I have been interested in sport ever since I can remember, and have always wanted to go into the fitness industry. I enjoy most sports and love fitness. I have an outgoing personality and love to meet new people. My high levels of self-motivation and dedication to fitness and my enthusiasm will rub off on you, to help you achieve your own fitness goals! This makes me an ideal coach for you.
Whatever your goal is, if it is results you are looking for, I am here to help. All workouts are varied and fun, and are designed to meet your needs, we will talk about nutrition and how we can reach your goal together.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and British Weight Lifting qualified coach. Having worked within the health and fitness industry for the past eight years, which has involved positions at the UK’s flagship club for Fitness First & also Orange Theory Fitness. His interest and passion in the nutritional aspect of fitness has also led Alfie to work with one of the UK’s leading meal preparation services HIIT Kitchen which involved the brand being the go to service for a variety of high profile figures & leading gym establishments.
